Sharon is an experienced trainer in the field of Autism.

 

She provided parent and staff training through the well respected National Autistic Society EarlyBird and EarlyBird Plus programmes and also the Barnardo's Cygnet programme, when employed by the NHS.

 

In addition, Sharon has trained a range of staff groups such as teachers in mainstream and special schools, staff working with young offenders and at specialist education placements.

 

Training packages will be developed to the requirements of your staff or parent group. Some emphasis is often placed on understanding what it's like for the young person to experience Autism and also on practical skills that are proven to make a positive impact for both the adults and the young person in everyday life .
